The "Child Care Card" makes it easier to log children in and to keep track of necessary information for licensing.

The process begins with the "CCC" being sent to your clients. Once your client has your "CCC" they have all the information needed to register their children daily and the necessary contact information to reach your business.

The "CCC" can have all the forms you
need to be completed by the parent/
guardian for the children. The
completed forms will be emailed
to you and the parent/guardian.
Information collected will be autofilled into a Google spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be customized with the items needed for your business and licenses.
Upon submission of the information form, you will receive an email containing the provided details, while the parent will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of their information.
